After 7 frustrating years embroiled in a bitter custody case, I met with Mr. Gwin & explained my situation. He took my case and filed for a hearing to get in front of the judge to explain why my son needed to be in my care. We had ONE hearing. No continuances. No more empty promises. He clearly, in plain English, explained that there is no guarantee but I had a good argument. He skillfully represented my argument in my son's interest and the court agreed. I was awarded full custody.
I would highly recommend Mr. Gwin for cases that want simplicity. If you want to battle for years & spend thousands on attorney fees & court costs & attend lots of hearings, then find another attorney. I believe Mr. Gwin is up front & will honestly tell you what's in your child's best interest, even if it means you don't hire him. I felt his compassion for children and that he is passionate about family law and doing what is best for the children.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
