Eric S Beiswanger

Eric S. Beiswanger was born and raised in Merced, California and received his juris doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in New Jersey and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis.  Eric joined Allen, Fagalde, Albertoni & Flores, LLP in 2008.

Prior to joining our firm, Eric externed for the Court of Appeals, Fifth District in Fresno, California and was subsequently retained by the Hispanic National Bar Foundation in Washington, D.C.  While in law school, Eric was a certified law student that represented juvenile defendants and victims of domestic violence in court proceedings and trials.  Eric also was selectively chosen by Rutgers to travel to South Africa and meet with the Justices of the South African Constitutional Court and other congressional and business leaders to draft a policy paper examining human rights and the impact of the law in strengthening communal, cultural and racial harmony.  Prior to joining law school, Eric worked with a legal organization in Sacramento, California representing agricultural workers against exploitation and legally assisting those in the community that they could not otherwise afford representation.

Eric has been recognized by the Merced County Board of Supervisors for his achievements and is involved in his local community as a founder and member of the UC Merced Law Clinic, as a Board member on the Boys & Girls Club of Merced, and as a member of the Merced County Bar Association, California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Merced Elks Lodge 1240 among other charitable and philanthropic endeavors.

Eric’s civil litigation work includes a wide range of areas including construction litigation, contract disputes, business law, personal injury/premise liability, consumer fraud, unfair competition, employment law, civil restraining orders, among general civil litigation.  Eric also advises business in employment and legal issues.
