The best experience under the circumstances

My experience with Michael Moore & Tiffany was excellent. They gave my case all the time and attention that was needed to be successful in court. They were calming and confident and updated me on any and all things to keep me sane. I never once was treated as anything other than a valuable client.... I very much appreciate the knowledge and support I received through Michael Moore and Tiffany. I would highly recommend this firm.

Great Attorney!

Michael Moore is responsive to emails and texts and is very organized. More importantly, he is effective! He was able to get my "driving on a suspended license" charge dismissed and had the judge refer me to traffic school for a "failure to stop charge." In the end, no points on my DMV record! Gr...eat job Michael!!! Much appreciated.

Best in Modesto/Stockton Area

Mr.Moore has been my lawyer for over 2 years now. It was a blessing working with him.Hes responses are fast,hes smart and theirs not a case he cant help you in. He helped me thru law suits and personal/business BK. I highly recommend Mr.Moore to anyone in need of legal help.

Not Recommended

I contacted Mr. Moore’s office in mid-July to discuss bankruptcy options. I never got to speak with him personally. All of my contact was with his assistant, Tiffany. I was instructed to complete their 25-page Questionnaire providing every bit of personal information regarding our bank statements, pa...y stubs, tax returns, SSN and ID’s, retirement statements, statements for every single debt, etc. This is a time-consuming project that took hours upon hours to gather, download, and email all the requested documentation. At the beginning of August, they finally ran our credit reports. Tiffany advised she would give all the information to Mr. Moore for review. All the while, our payments were falling behind and we were stressing out about everything. After three weeks of waiting, and stressing, we decided to find another attorney. Since several weeks had passed, we had to provide all the same, but updated, information to the new attorney. Unfortunately, I was back to square one spending hours gathering updated information for our new attorney. For the record, it is now three months since we provided all our sensitive information to this attorney, and we still have not heard anything from either Tiffany or Michael Moore. What a disappointing and stressful experience. I sure hope they at least shredded all our paperwork! I would not recommend Michael Moore for legal representation.

Angelina: I know we already communicated about this, and it came down to a member of my staff not forwarding your information to me to review. That was totally unacceptable and I take full responsibility for it. I am sorry for the stress it caused you and your family. As you can see from my other clients, I work hard for all my clients but unfortunately a mistake was made and you were left in a bad position. I wish you all the best and hope everything worked out for you at the end of the day.
