From the first call, Michael was attentive and engaged. He heard my concerns, was able to understand the situation, and immediately developed a couple of strategies. He presented my options, sought my feedback, and allowed me the choice of how to proceed. He was honest, candid, and kind. He was rea...listic about possible outcomes, but also reassuring about the probability. He is neat in appearance, humble in his demeanor, and from what I saw of his interactions with other attorneys and judges, he is well respected. He’s a class-act. Hiring Michael will help you put the best foot forward in whatever instance brought you to this point. He went above and beyond for me, and never charged another penny over his initially stated fee. He remained communicative and open throughout the process, and his client portal keeps everything neatly organized under one login credential. I can honestly say he’s the best person I wish you didn’t need to hire. My one wish is that he practiced multiple other unrelated areas of law so I could hire him for every curveball that life might throw.

I contacted Mr. Moore’s office in mid-July to discuss bankruptcy options. I never got to speak with him personally. All of my contact was with his assistant, Tiffany. I was instructed to complete their 25-page Questionnaire providing every bit of personal information regarding our bank statements, pa...y stubs, tax returns, SSN and ID’s, retirement statements, statements for every single debt, etc. This is a time-consuming project that took hours upon hours to gather, download, and email all the requested documentation. At the beginning of August, they finally ran our credit reports. Tiffany advised she would give all the information to Mr. Moore for review. All the while, our payments were falling behind and we were stressing out about everything. After three weeks of waiting, and stressing, we decided to find another attorney. Since several weeks had passed, we had to provide all the same, but updated, information to the new attorney. Unfortunately, I was back to square one spending hours gathering updated information for our new attorney. For the record, it is now three months since we provided all our sensitive information to this attorney, and we still have not heard anything from either Tiffany or Michael Moore. What a disappointing and stressful experience. I sure hope they at least shredded all our paperwork! I would not recommend Michael Moore for legal representation.
