Simran Singh Sekhon

Simran Sekhon is a incompetent attorney. I have been trying to sell the business. Mr. Sekhon and the landlord are not returning calls nor responding to emails. I do not recommend hiring him as his been reported to the california bar of association. He reached out to me via phone call to sell the busi...ness to his friend and i refused to do so. We found the buyer which meets criteria however the landlord and Simran sekhon refused to return calls and emails. The escrow company, broker, myself, and the buyer are so frustrated. I have finally hired attorney that's experienced to reach out to Mr. Sekhon and the landlord to be held responsible for any liabilities that arise from us loosing the deal. I will never ever recommend this attorney to anyone. He is horrible it is a nightmare to even speak to him. I am hoping the California Bar of Association does take action towards him and investigate his firm.

Mr. Sekhon is a very intelligent individual. From the day I hired him I knew I had nothing to worry about. He was very timely with all of his material. For the most part all of my calls were answered that were put into him. (Attorneys are busy individuals) My lease was done before he actual said ...it would be done. Once we went over the lease together I had nothing to worry about. Hopefully I do not run into situations where I have to hire an attorney but if needed Mr. Sekhon will be on speed dial.
