Excessive double billing. Doesn't tell the truth on itemized billing. Cancels appointments repeatedly. Takes on cases that are out of his league. In the beginning him and his staff pretend to be very supportive, but trick you into doing their background work and cleverly manipulating you. It is ...all an act including the decorum in his office.

Doesn't know how to object to anything in trial. Takes all you money and then when you need to file something you know you can file he refuses ,says you can't do that ,then it is to late. He drops you at the end when you can't afford anymore money. Then you are left representing yourself. It was a wa...ste of time and money and left us in a situation where we realized we chose the wrong attorney.

I hired this attorney to handle an appeal. He did not appear to do any research before the trial. He arrived at trial without having prepared a brief, nor did it appear that he had even researched the case. He was so befuddled during the trial that the judge and plaintiff both laughed at him. The... other side presented untrue information and this attorney did not object to anything. He did not meet with me before the trial to review what might happen or how to respond. I would not recommend him for anything. He is a nice guy but he was of no help for my cause. It almost appeared that he was on the other side.

This firm failed to respond to repeated email, or telephone inquiries. The only way to speak to the attorney was to "catch" him in the office. The most aggressive task they completed was asking for more money to replenish the retainer. They showed up late to court, did not keep me informed and g...enerally were lax in the pursuit of a good outcome for my case. I finally gave up and sought other counsel. They talk and promise results....be forewarned...it's an act. Once you have signed a client agreement ...you will be toast.
