More than an Attorney, but a guiding hand.

Having battled with immigration for three years, my wife and I felt like we were hitting our heads against a brick wall. We decided we needed professional help. I checked around and Attorney Somera was recommeded to us. I set up an appointed with her. At that meeting we reviewed all of the do...cuments, letters and photos we had. Ms Somera felt that the Petition for Remove Conditions on Residence packet we had prepared was complete, but she suggested that we add several additional items and statements. We followed her instructions. The big day came and my wife and I went for our interview in Sacramento. The interview lasted over a half hour. At the end of the interview, the immigration office stated that based upon the interview and her review of our "very complete" petition, she had no doubts about the sincerity of our marriage. Three weeks later my wife received her Permanent Resident Card. I believe that it was Ms. Somera guiding hand that lead us through this last hurdle in the immigration process. I will always be grateful for her help.

An attorney you can trust!

Janell Somera is a knowledgable, honest, straight-shooting attorney. I hired Janell to help me with several business issues and provided great results for a reasonable price. She was easy to communicate with, she returned e-mails and phone calls right away and she was fully honest regarding what ...to expect. I would highly recommend her services to anyone and I will definially hire her again because she is the best and I trust her.

A plus attorney

Janell helped me in a very private matter and was able to achieve results in a situation where I didn't think anyone could help me. She was sensitive to my situation and stood by me through the entire process. I will never go to anyone else. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I am so thankful we hired Janell Freeman Somera as our legal council. We couldn't have made a better choice. Attacked

I was physically attacked by an individual and sustained some minor injuries. Personal property was damaged as well. Janell was able to workout a settlement with the other party and I was satisfactorily compensated for the damages I sustained.
