Excellent Immigration Lawyer

We first met Janell in December 2015 for a consultation in regards to my husbands Adjustment of Status. She made us feel at ease and let us know that she was very experienced with the process, filling out all the necessary paperwork and preparing for the Marriage Interview. We met again around Januar...y 2016 to begin the process. She requested we fill out a Beneficiary and Petitioner form with all of our info which she would later use to fill out our applications. I made sure to bring our Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificates, bills, pictures and all other important documents that she had requested for our packet. She took care of filling out all the paperwork for us and our packet was sent in early February 2016. From then, it seemed like the process flew by! On February 29, 2016 we received notice that the UCSIC Office had received our packet. On March 1, 2016 the money for the applications had been withdrawn from our bank account. On March 14, 2016 we received notice for my husband's Biometric Appointment. On June 15, 2016 we received notice for our Marriage Interview. On July 8, 2016 we received my husband's Employment Authorization Card. On July 22, 2016 we had our Marriage Interview which went extremely well and we were approved on the spot! About 15 minutes after we left the immigration office we received notice that we had been approved and that my husband's Permanent Resident Card was being printed. On July 29, 2016, exactly 1 week after our interview, my husband received his Permanent Resident Card!! We could not believe it!!! Janell and her team really made this an exciting experience for us. Throughout the whole process she was always a call, text, or email away anytime we had questions pertaining to our case. She kept us updated and always made us feel so comfortable when we would come in to see her. She has a great personality and is Bilingual too! I hope that anyone that reads this, takes the time to call and make an appointment to meet with her to discuss their own immigration issues because I know you will not be disappointed with her professionalism and knowledge.

Reliable and Knowledgeable

When I first met with Janell I had no idea what steps to take in order for me to fix my immigration issues. I told her everything regarding my situation. The case was weak and she did not promise me anything which I understand. She took my case regardless and did not charged me a lot for her professi...onal fee but still helped me all the way until we got the results we both wanted. During the process, she would always answer my questions/emails or even call me when I asked her to reassure me that she is there for me and to alleviate the anxiety that I feel. It took a year before we got the result we wanted but everything went smoothly because of her. She is empathetic, reliable and knowledgeable in her field. I will always be thankful that I found and hired her as my lawyer. She helped me a lot more than she knows.
