Trustworthy and very Efficient

She explained everything step by step and in detail even all the costs ( hers and the USCIS 's). She made sure we had all our documents and that they were in the exact order as required . In other words, she made sure that we were completely prepared for the appointment . And yes, my husband was ...approved for his green card on April 11, 2017. We are so grateful that she helped our family ( Carbajal) stay united and together .

601A waiver approved

Let me start off by saying she is the best! My husband and me had hired another lawyer in 2011 that did nothing for us he was a fraud and stold 13 thousand dollars from us. After that happened to us we were afraid to look for another immigration lawyer because we were scared to get scammed again. But... after 5 years we decided to give it another attempt and in 2016 we were given Janell's business card and heard really good things about her so we decided to make a appointment with her. We called her office we were asked a couple of questions and had a appointment within a week, we went in for our appointment we discussed our situation and what we needed she told us what she would be able to do for us and we were very pleased with what she said we immediately signed the contract and began working on my husband 601a waiver. It took us about 6 months to gather all the papers and information she needed and in August we sent out all the papers 3 weeks later we received the receipt from homeland security saying that the waiver was received and in process and on January 2017 we received the approval letter. Going with her was the best decision we have made Janell and her staff are really helpful and so professional I have recommend her to my friends and family and I would recommend her to anyone else.

Best Attorney Ever!

I had a very pleasant experience working with Janell . She helped my husband with his immigration case. Janell is an excellent lawyer, very knowledgable, and extremely hardworking. I highly recommend her to everyone because she is the Best Attorney Ever!

More than an Attorney, but a guiding hand.

Having battled with immigration for three years, my wife and I felt like we were hitting our heads against a brick wall. We decided we needed professional help. I checked around and Attorney Somera was recommeded to us. I set up an appointed with her. At that meeting we reviewed all of the do...cuments, letters and photos we had. Ms Somera felt that the Petition for Remove Conditions on Residence packet we had prepared was complete, but she suggested that we add several additional items and statements. We followed her instructions. The big day came and my wife and I went for our interview in Sacramento. The interview lasted over a half hour. At the end of the interview, the immigration office stated that based upon the interview and her review of our "very complete" petition, she had no doubts about the sincerity of our marriage. Three weeks later my wife received her Permanent Resident Card. I believe that it was Ms. Somera guiding hand that lead us through this last hurdle in the immigration process. I will always be grateful for her help.
