Excellent and knowledgeable
David really knew the law and was straight forward with me in what to expect. He always gave me worst and best case scenario and where I stood. He provided everything promised and more. Was really very pleased with him and will use him in the future :)

Unfortunately, our son has had his fair share of tickets. While we certainly do not advocate going through life without consequences, we did not want our son to lose his drivers license. Get's the job done.
We hired David a month and a half ago and he was very good at communicating his concerns and decisions. He was able to get our violation dismissed and that was awesome. We would definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent attorney
David gave me options and represented me very well. I moved out of state and he corresponded with me as needed. My speeding ticket was resolved with a great outcome, allowing no points on my CDL. I would highly recommend Mr. Barzaga

Traffic ticket
David helped us get a traffic ticket reduced from the over 100 category to regular speeding, the points reduced, and the fine reduced by hundreds of dollars. His fees were very reasonable and he kept us informed throughout the process.
