Thomas and Allondra, seemed like nice, caring individuals, but if they see a case they can get over on quickly, get paid and not help the people they are getting paid to help, they will. My disabled, dependent father was sick for a month, transferred to a rehabilitation for a short two week stay & on... the day before he was to go home the hospitals equipment dragged him to the ground and shattered his hip, which later caused bed sores. I sought help because the stress, trauma, bills and responsibility the hospital wanted to put on us, and being naive and trustworthy went for the first lawyer that I talked to. What I really did not like about this attorney, was that in the deposition for the settlement, Thom and Allondra both told the defendant that the medical bill would be a Lein and be at the least cut in half as to help my father and I with bills and help. They never followed through with the lein as promised, my father had to pay the whole costs so the lawyer could get his cut and Did not fight for us in any way to get the money he promised in the deposition. When Thom decided that settling would be best for my dad, my fathers funds were then put in a blocked account that Thom and Allondra told me they would help me anytime to fill out the forms and help us withdrawal. I only had help from Allondra one time with the withdrawals and it took 5-6 months to even get a clear response and then I was told the judge was on vacation. I asked for help shortly after thinking it took so long the first time I should ask in advance, and the assistant told me to do it myself, and they have never helped me since. I was nothing but helpful, polite and patient during all of this and they never were even courteous enough to inform me on the Lien we had been waiting and hoping for, which was never fought for us, just a fee waiver that was denied and never appealed. The last I heard from them, was a letter recommending I should hire another lawyer to help us get funds out of the blocked account, even though I thought that was his job. I just wanted to post what my experience was like with them. I needed help and they helped themselves.

I was a client for this attorney I was involved in an accident broken bones and all he settled my case after 9 months without my permission, he did not talk to me prior to settling. I would highly recommend doing research in finding a great attorney as this one was not a great experience for me. I wo...uld never refer him to anyone else.
