Oleg Gluzman

Alex Gluzman is a tax resolution expert, representing individual and business taxpayers in tax cases before the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization and Employment Development Department. Since 1997 Alex has successfully saved millions in taxes, penalties and interest for his individual and business clients.

Mr. Gluzman’s practice concentrates on resolution of delinquent tax issues.  His services include, tax settlements (offer in compromise), levy and garnishment releases, lien discharge and subordination, penalty abatement, audit reconsideration, payroll and trust fund recovery issues and delinquent tax returns.

Prior to starting his firm, Alex was a Tax Manger at Deloitte and Touche LLP, a multinational consulting firm, where he advised high net worth individuals and large corporate taxpayers on various tax and business restructuring issues.

Alex earned an LLM in Taxation.  He is a member of the State Bar of California, Bar Association of San Francisco, and American Bar Association Section on Taxation. He is a former Vice Chair of Tax Committee of the Barrister Club of San Francisco.
