I contacted Loren back when he still had an office on Charcot. He had good presentation and assured me he understood how to handle my case. Nice guy - good reviews - so what could possibly go wrong. Shortly after I paid the retainer - the problems started happening. My case was more complex than h...e expected. He needed me to repeat details multiple times - so I switched to communicating in writing - He would show up late - or not be available when he said he was available. The forms he filed on my behalf didn't have mistakes - so he's good at filling out forms like a Para Legal would. But when it came to litigating of follow-through I wasn't impressed. Shortly after I retained him - his office moved to the San jose Flea Market where he now acts as a para-legal for non-english speaking flea market vendors. I switched attorneys and saw a huge difference.
