Lori is awesome! She has solid IT knowledge, and she effectively balances business requirements with contractual risk mitigation. Lori is extremely responsive, especially for a part-time attorney. My sourcing team and I worked with Lori on many dozens of contracts - from the mundane to the extreme...ly complex - and we were consistently impressed with Lori's ability to identify the key considerations and negotiate appropriate protections for our company.

A few years ago I worked with Lori in a corporate law setting. As a corporate client I had many contractual relationships with supplier partners both in development and in 'monitor' mode. She was able to promptly act on all the items almost similtaneously. Lori created our boilerplate intellectual ...property agreements and then participated actively in negotiating favorable terms. I enjoyed working together and would certainly hire her if needed. She can be tough when appropriate, but always is professional.
