FANTASTIC to Work With!!

Lori was great to work with as an outside Legal Counsel on a couple of important licensing deals for me and was always well prepared; professional; had great expertise and negotiation skills; and most importantly- weas always there when I needed her! I'd be happy to work again with Lori anytime!

Experience working with Lori Krauss as an external counsel for Technology contracts

Lori is awesome! She has solid IT knowledge, and she effectively balances business requirements with contractual risk mitigation. Lori is extremely responsive, especially for a part-time attorney. My sourcing team and I worked with Lori on many dozens of contracts - from the mundane to the extreme...ly complex - and we were consistently impressed with Lori's ability to identify the key considerations and negotiate appropriate protections for our company.

Legal Counsel's review

Lori helped me with corporate contracts, Test & Evaluation agreements, Mutual NDAs, and any number of other key documents requiring legal review/opinion. Lori's knowledge is excellent, I love her "can do" attitude, and she made every effort to meet some of my crazy deadlines. Highly recommended!

Excellent Counsel and Contracts Attorney

Lori and I worked together frequently while we were at 3Com, and I later engaged her for legal services while I was at Orative. Lori is smart, easy to work with and responsive. I have always appreciated that Lori is extremely client focused, and takes the time to discuss and understand business objec...tives before proposing legal alternatives. Lori is a great resource on technology licensing and contract matters, and she has always offered excellent counsel in navigating complex negotiations.

"Lori is an excellent attorney. I worked with Lori for many years at 3Com Corporation, both as a colleague and also as a member of a team that I supervised. Lori is very dedicated and practical. She looks for ways to close a transaction and is an effective negotiator and drafter. She is also able to juggle a variety of matters at the same time while still giving each matter the attention and focus it requires. Lori has worked on a wide variety of transactions, both incoming and outgoing, including software licenses, distribution agreements, semiconductor agreements, development agreements and the like."
