Stefan Patrick Kennedy

Stefan interferes with his clients working things out, presumably in the interest of dragging the case on and making more money off them. He made wild unfounded accusations without investigation and uses lawyer tactics to delay progress. His clients might think they're winning a little more, but ever...yone but his firm is losing.

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Kennedy. It took a couple years to finish the case due to his intentions of dragging on and on the case because he charged me by time. For example, we finished all the documents and he asked me if we could start all over again. Of course, I disagreed with that a...nd he looked very disappointed. We were in the middle of the case which was put on hold because he took several very long vacations. It would have taken much longer to complete the case if my spouse's lawyer and I had not constantly requested him to do his job and not just leave the paperwork on the desk.
