I am sharing my personal experience with attorney Raechele Jang. During the time she represented me, I never felt peace of mind. Communication was extremely frustrating. My questions were often not answered directly, and I frequently had to research basic legal issues on my own through Google and eve...n ChatGPT. Simple matters were made unnecessarily complicated, and despite frequent emails, I rarely received clear guidance or concrete progress. Over approximately four months, I paid about $23,000 in legal fees, yet very little meaningful work was accomplished on my case. One example that stood out was being asked to send my HOA payment records from September 2021 to October 2025 so that a firm clerk could manually circle each month to calculate totals. This felt inefficient and dismissive of my situation, rather than a professional use of legal resources. I also want to note that I already suffer from depression and anxiety and am taking three medications. The way my case was handled significantly worsened my symptoms. The lack of clear communication, constant uncertainty, and feeling ignored added substantial emotional distress during an already difficult time. Throughout my divorce, I consulted with other attorneys, and unfortunately this was my worst experience. I felt a lack of empathy and understanding, particularly given that I am disabled and had no income during this time. I did not feel that my best interests were prioritized, and I often felt like billing took precedence over client service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney, Raechele Jang.
