The Attorney Who Helped Me Reach the Finish Line

When Leah Klassen took over my case, the hardest part was still ahead of us. Gretchen Boger had secured my first contact with my daughter, but Leah was the attorney who spent the next year fighting, hearing after hearing, to build the relationship I have with my daughter today. My case wasn't simple.... My daughter was living in another state, I was coming out of criminal allegations that were ultimately dismissed, and an Army investigation that was later closed with no adverse action. The odds felt stacked against me, and week-on, week-off 50/50 custody seemed out of reach. Leah never looked for one big victory. She understood that difficult custody cases are won one step at a time. She strategically positioned every hearing, building on each success. She fought inch by inch moving my parenting time from FaceTime visits, to in-person visits, to overnights, and ultimately to week-on, week-off 50/50 custody. What impressed me most about Leah was her ability to think several steps ahead. Every hearing had a purpose, and every decision positioned us for the next opportunity. She was compassionate when I needed reassurance, but incredibly strategic in the courtroom. I always knew she had a plan. This experience taught me something I'll never forget, no matter how complicated your case may seem or how stacked the odds feel against you, the right attorney can change your future. Today, my daughter and I live in the same state and share week-on, week-off 50/50 custody. That didn't happen overnight it happened because Leah never stopped fighting for my relationship with my daughter. Looking back, I truly believe I had the best legal team I could have asked for. Gretchen changed the direction of my case. Leah carried it across the finish line. I will always be grateful for Leah's professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to my family. If someone I care about ever needs a family law attorney, Leah Klassen will be the person I recommend.
