I filed a lawsuit against my neighbors for riding motorcycles next to my horse boarding facility and blocking the access to my facility with large farm vehicles. The goal was to obtain a prescribed easement and an injunction prohibiting motorbike riding next to my property. The case lasted 3 years an...d included mediation, several settlement conferences, depositions, 4 separate trial preps and a 2 week jury trial. I had the opportunity of working with Laurel throughout my case and at all times I felt that I was in the presence of a respectful professional that knew the law and how to present it. During the trial I witnessed Laurel putting her heart and soul into her efforts to help me prevail. We did get the easement and injunction.
