A South Bay native, Kirk has lived and practiced in California his entire life. He graduated from Del Mar High School in 1983 and went on to earn his undergraduate degree from San Jose State University, magna cum laude, in 1987. He received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990.

As a young lawyer, Kirk honed his research and litigation skills with a real estate law firm, where he first discovered his passion for real property and eviction law. He opened Hoffman Law Group in 1995 and has spent more than 20 years serving clients throughout Northern and Central California.

Together with a team of experienced, dedicated professionals, Kirk has helped literally thousands of property owners, landlords, and management companies achieve outstanding results in a full range of real property, eviction, and contract matters.
