20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION LAW

I received a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and my Postgraduate Diploma in Law (CPE / PGDL) from Kingston University (UK). Thereafter, I studied the Legal Professional Course in London at the University of Law, and worked for London firms from 1999-2003, practicing Immigration Law, Family Law, and other types of Civil Law. I have been licensed since 2002 in England & Wales and advocated for clients in immigration courts and tribunals, as well as appearing in court for family matters. I passed the California Bar in 2020, after working as a caseworker in San Jose and San Francisco since 2017. I became licensed and began my California practice in September of 2021.

Given the large number of immigrants to the USA from Mexico, Central America, and South America who need help with their immigration matters in the USA, I see my experience and fluency in both English and Spanish as a great advantage for you.

I will work hard to help you understand the law and create a plan to achieve your goals. When I take your case on, I will be on your side, negotiating for you. If necessary, I will fight for your interests in court and work toward success in all matters- I consider your success to be a victory for me.
