Biography
"James" Huan Ly is a licensed attorney in the State of California. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Prior to opening his own practice, he worked for boutique law firms and a mid-size law firm with offices throughout the western United States. He has served as primary counsel in matters regarding unlawful detainers, employment litigation, real property/quiet title, personal injury, civil right violations, and business disputes. He has successfully tried several cases to verdict, obtaining judgments in favor of his landlord clients for possession of their real property and for damages. However, he strives for early resolution of his clients' matters where appropriate.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching Cal football in the hopes that they reach the Rose Bowl although he understands this might be an exercise in futility. Nonetheless, Go Bears!
He is also fluent in Vietnamese.

Goes after the disabled!
Mr. Ly has taken on a case in which he and the plaintiff are suing the family of an autistic child. Who in their right mind would think this is the mountain they should stand on? A NON-verbal autistic child who groans is obviously expected to be kept in doors at all times according to this atrocious ...
