Constance Carpenter is worthy of your trust

I have known Constance Carpenter professionally for more that three decades. We have consulted and referred clients to each other (I am a marriage and family therapist). She is thoughtful, patient, compassionate, and respectful to her clients. She does not sugar-coat or make unrealistic promises t...o trick clients into purchasing her services. She is thorough, dogged and passionate in her representation of her clients. She is the real deal.

Legal representation

I first went to see Constance for a case where my juvenile child was requesting new guardianship. We reviewed the situation in full. She stated (basically) that she could represent me (and charge me accordingly); but that there was little difference I (or she) would be able to do in this situation. N...ow, she could have just taken thousands of my dollars, representing me; but instead she told me the truth and suggested that since I knew the case and was articulate - - that I could represent myself (which I did). Later, Constance represented me in a child support case. The courts were asking me for $1800/mo... with Constance's help, the amount was reduced to $600/mo.

Quality Legal Work - Highly Recommended

When I recently had need of legal counsel, on the recommendation of several friends I contacted the firm of Carpenter and Mayfield. Constance Carpenter and Day Mayfield were great. They talked with me, analyzed my case and presented the options, and went to work to get issues resolved. They respo...nded promptly to my phone calls, kept me informed every step of the way, and in my opinion did an outstanding job for me in winning my case. I recommend them without reservation. As I was told by the friends who recommended them, they go the extra mile for their clients. Their work is solid and their fees were fair....and they are great to work with.
