Christopher M Cave

I graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Regional Development, and received my law degree from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, California.

My practice spans the entire spectrum of transactional real estate, with a primary focus on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development and leasing.  The real property acquisitions and disposition practice includes complex purchase, sale and 1031 exchange transactions in connection with commercial properties located throughout the United States.  The commercial leasing practice includes the representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use space throughout California.  I have also extensively represented both developers and investors in the structuring and formation of complex joint ventures (using LLC's, partnerships, and ITC structures) as well as the negotiation and preparation of development agreements, construction contracts, CC&Rs, easements, and management agreements.
