After acquiring litigation and trial experience working with local and federal prosecutors, Attorney Wiesner moved to focus advancing more tangible goals of real clients.
A proud native of California and Santa Clara County, Attorney Wiesner graduated with honors from Santa Clara University. While studying law, Attorney Wiesner earned awards for outstanding performance in several courses, including Advocacy, and represented Santa Clara University in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition. Attorney Wiesner earned the Herman Wildman Social Justice Writing Award for legal analysis of human trafficking laws; a work later relied upon by the New York State Bar Association in their assessment of New York state's human trafficking protections.
From 2011 to 2014, Attorney Wiesner worked along side Superior Court Judges, Federal Prosecutors, and District Attorneys on a range of criminal matters including petty theft, vehicle code violations, rape, possession of child pornography, narcotics possession, homicides, and white collar crimes. These experiences equip Attorney Wiesner with motion and trial experience, familiarity with federal and state white collar crimes, and comfort conducting negotiations where both money and freedom are at stake.
Outside the courtroom, Attorney Wiesner enjoys racquetball, foreign languages, and volunteering in the community.

"The answers of Mr. Wiesner on Avvo are consistently accurate, full of analysis, and customized to the needs of the Avvo askers. These are exactly the qualities that every client would want when looking for an attorney."
"Without any reservations whatsoever, I endorse this lawyer. Marc S. Wiesner is committed to his clients, makes informed and appropriate referrals to attorneys for matters outside his practice areas, and knows the ins and outs of the California workers' compensation system, which is an increasingly complex and difficulty system for injured employees and their attorneys. Injured employees would be wise to schedule a consult with him."
"I have followed Mr. Wiesner's career since before he was sworn in as a lawyer. His development as a workers' compensation lawyer has been dramatic. He is well recognized in the legal community as a zealous advocate for his clients. Any injured worker is well served by having Mr. Wiesner as their attorney."
