Bo Katzakian

I did not hire Mr. Katzakian because he advised me to stick with my current attorney since we were far in the process. I contacted about 6 attorneys and Bo was the only one who reached out and asked me questions about my mom’s situation. My mom got injured at work, had knee ligaments implant and... screw placed. Within 6 months she was considered MMI but she was feeling so much pain. I was left with not many options by my current attorney so I contacted 6 attorneys through AVVO. No one replied, only Bo. Mr Bo Gave me more info than my current attorney and he was so kind to even go back and forth in emails explaining things to me. One thing I know for sure, next time I need an injury attorney I know who I will go with. He was honest by saying that anyone taking by case now would be doing that just for the money.

I was a little hesitant about posting again. However, I put a review regarding this Attorney. He happen to come up with a list of other attorneys. As I mentioned in my post that I never met him but I knew a few people who hired him for legal representation. I gave a nice compliment because I heard pe...rsonally from people who dealt with him.... they had more positive than negative things to say. It's great hearing about people's experiences especially when it''s positive. He never replied to my question which I wasn't expecting him to. I basically would recommend him. However, I thought maybe I would call to possibly get some of my questions answered. The woman who answered the phone was really patient, professional and took some information down so she could pass it to the intake person. Unfortunately,I can't remember the gentleman's name at the moment. However, after speaking with him, he wasn't very friendly and sounded rushed. I know my Workers' Compensation questions were somewhat complicated. I just wanted to get a second opinion from another attorney. I am currently being represented by an Attorney now. I totally understand that my case is at the end and I understand that an attorney doesn't want to have to clean up the shi! Of another Attorney's work. You know I get it that you win some and you lose some. This is my personal opinion that the system is broken. People seek for legal counsel because dealing with Workmans Comp is already a nightmare in itself and it's so complicated. I got a attorney to help guide me during this process. Sad to say when there's poor communication between you and your Attorney especially with following up with your client after a court hearing and your attorney leaves you in the dark ..... And honestly not trusting your Attorney is not a good feeling. My apologies for rambling. I actually did a little more research on this Attorney and it seems like he did wonder's for some of his clients which is great. Whoever, the intake person that I spoke to was a little rude. Again, I'm only speaking for myself! I didn't even even get as far as setting up a consultation. Sorry, but first impressions like that can set the tone for alot

I see all these great reviews from this lawfirm and I did not have the same experience!!! I hired this firm but was assigned Aaron. He is absolutely horrible!!! Since the end of may when I hired them absolutely nothing has happened in my case. No communication, doctors appointments, no appeal ...filed, which is very disappointing considering my wife had the temp benefits approved upon submitting some documents. The lawyer never submitting those documents and after asking about them they stated the documents were put in my file and never even sent!!! I literally begged for a dr, was informed I needed to get medical coverage which I did all to find out the dr doesn’t except the insurance I purchased. He was supposed to get back with me on a dr that did take it, months passed and no word. 2 and half months later I got an email stating, sorry for the delay in getting back with me but I should just google a dr!!! My deposition is right around the corner and still no word from Aaron. I was only informed by the insurances lawyers. He never answers ANY of my questions and only states it’s a long process. I’m sure they will take down this review but it you do happen to see this, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! THEY ONLY MAKE THIS ALREADY STRESSFUL TIME THAT MUCH MORE STRESSFUL!!!! You will have more questions after hiring them then you did before!!!!!! You won’t get a dr unless you have insurance and find one on your own, you will never hear from them and they will lie all the way to the bank!!!!!
