Summer Ludwick focuses on commercial real estate, and business transactions.
Ms. Ludwick represents a wide range of clients in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of all types of commercial real estate, including office buildings, R&D space, industrial and warehouse, retail, hotels, apartments and common interest associations. She is proficient in asset-based deal structuring, and the preparation of operating, joint venture, development and shared ownership agreements.
Ms. Ludwick also handles an array of business transactional matters, including entity formation and related agreements, purchase or sale of business assets, bulk sales, loan documentation, and advice and preparation of agreements involving on-going business matters. She also acts as outside General Counsel for several companies.
In 2013 and 2014 Ms. Ludwick was named a Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers Magazine—a multi-phased, peer-review distinction earned by only 2.5% of attorneys practicing in California.
Ms. Ludwick earned her JD from Roger Williams University School of Law, Rhode Island, and her BA from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California. She is admitted to practice in the State of California.
