SF either sues you for the 20k, and your ins co defends you with a lawyer they pay for, or SF agrees to take the 5k policy limit your co offers...

If you are on modified duty and you can .only lift 5-10 pounds and the employer tell you to lift over 10 pounds or more.

If you have a work comp claim, get a lawyer and have the lawyer address this. If you have disability you should also talk to a disability rights atty.

You haven't complied with the rules for serving the lawsuit. If representing yourself, you better read the rules of court both State and local.
