Nick Pastore came to Campbell Warburton more than 30 years ago. He offers a true general practice, providing legal services in areas such as civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, and business and contract law.
Nick began mediating cases in 2004 and has settled hundreds of cases in a variety of subject matter areas including real estate, construction defect, contract disputes, landlord tenant disputes, business matters, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and trust and estate disputes. He served as Judge Pro Tem at Santa Clara County Superior Court for several years successfully settling the majority of cases assigned. He also currently serves on the Civil ADR Panel for Santa Clara County and San Mateo County Superior Courts.
Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends. He still manages to find time to play a round of golf when he can and, of course, keep up with Stanford University sports.

Nick is a well experienced mediator. He is handling a difficult case for us for the past few weeks. It did not settle at the mediation, but Nick has never given up. He still calls, still follows up, and is still, weeks later, trying to put together a settlement for us.
