Nick was brought to us as a mediator by the other party. What I thought was a mediation conference was more of a settlement conference, There was no doubt he wanted resolution, but it always feel like he wanted a acceptable settlement for the other party - like it was his clients. Maybe he was ...just being pragmatic. The conclusion was convenient and I didn't have more time to engage on this matter, the resolution was definitely not fair or just.

If you need to consult an attorney, in my opinion, it is never a good thing. I met Mr. Pastore while attending a mediation conference with a friend. I will refer my clients to him based on his honesty, integrity and philosophy to move clients to the best resolution.

Mr. Pastore provided excellent service involving a difficult situation with multiple parties. He was instrumental in spearheading negotiations to a final and successful resolution quickly. Mr. Pastore’s professionalism, expertise and thoroughness resulted in a successful outcome that avoided a leng...thy court case. Throughout the entire time he was mindful of the costs and proceeded in a manner as to keep expenses to a minimum.
