Represent both for-profit and non-profit owners and operators of real estate in all aspects of their operations, specializing in the multi-family housing industry. Focus is on preventative lawyering--advising clients before lawsuits are filed; however, I handle cases in both federal and state courts, before government agencies such as HUD and DFEH and before various rent control hearing officers. Also assist clients in developing policies and forms critical to their operations.

Defend employers and landlords against claims of discrimination in both State and Federal Courts as well as administrative claims before HUD, EEOC, and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.

Predominantly represent employers with all types of employment matters, including, but not limited to discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, wage and hour claims. Also assist clients in drafting employment manuals and developing policies and procedures necessary for their business.

Assist clients in drafting, interpreting and, when necessary, litigating a variety of contracts relating to their business.
