At Estate Planning for life, we prepare Estate Plans which are designed to protect your assets for yourself and for your children and their children.  Our plans are designed to be the closest thing to a "bullet-proof" Trust and Estate Plan that you can find, so you can rest assured that your Plan will do what you want when you need it!

For example, our plans include a "springing" Special Needs Trust which comes into existence if one or more of your children is receiving or has applied for public benefits when the funds would otherwise be distributed to him or her. 

Without this provision, assets you give to such a child would disqualify him or her from public benefits, interrupting any care routine then in place, and making it more difficult for the child when the funds you have left to him or her are exhausted.

This is only one of over forty features found in our Trusts which are not found in most other Trusts.

     - advice and guidance concerning the funding of your Trust; and

     - a proprietary Estate Planning Organizer to ensure that your Successor Trustees and Attorneys-in-Fact can find what they need to take care of you if you become incapacitated and to fulfill your wishes upon your death.
