Words cannot explain how truly amazing Jaya is. I had been going through a year and a half divorce/custody battle without a lawyer and within 30 minutes of first talking to Jaya…she was able to put all my concerns and stress at ease. Her understanding, optimism, compassion, non-stop drive, and ab...ility to adapt to any situation is what makes her stand out above her peers and even above seasoned lawyers. Jaya is always available and if she isn’t for any reason, she makes sure to find the time, even on her personal time off. Building trust is not easy for most, especially for someone that you just meet; however, I was able to place my trust in Jaya and know that she had my best interest in mind, not only for myself, but for my daughter as well. What I love about Jaya is her ability to effectively communicate and explain the “lawyer jargon”, especially for someone that doesn’t understand or have experience with law overall. Jaya has always been the voice and reason. She will make sure to accomplish your goals, but what I truly enjoyed about Jaya is her ability to be upfront and honest about the possible outcomes in situations. She is always looking ahead and developing ideas to ensure that whatever plan is created is the best possible plan, especially for court. I could not have asked for a better lawyer and if I ever have to use a lawyer again…it can only be Jaya! Jaya is absolutely Amazing. She always takes the time to explain everything in detail and never rushes through something. She’ll tell you if you’re being too aggressive and/or not aggressive enough. She pushes for what you deserve but also follows your leave. She’s very upfront about everything. She’...ll tell you if she thinks you’ll get what you’re asking for and is persistent if another lawyer is non responsive. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with divorce and child custody.
