Biography
Dori is the Co-Chair of the Hopkins & Carley Litigation Department. She represents a wide range of clients in complex real estate, land use, and business litigation matters. Dori regularly represents developers and property owners in disputes involving real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate investment fraud disputes, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. Dori also has vast experience representing property owners in boundary and property line disputes, and a wide variety of easement disputes. Dori regularly litigates in both state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience representing clients in land use matters and regularly appears at City Council meetings, Planning Commission meetings, and Board of Supervisor meetings in cities and counties throughout the Bay Area. Dori’s breadth of experience makes her well suited to handle the broad range of issues that typically arise in real estate and land use cases.
