Breck Edward Milde

Breck and his team at Terra Law Group did a great job for our group during the course of a complicated civil action which lasted over four years. The large number of plaintiffs was sometimes akin of trying to herd cats. Breck did a very good job of keeping everyone focused, even when the numerous del...ays and other disappointing factors would come up during the process. Breck and his staff were very responsive to the many questions that everyone had and also kept us informed as to the legal strategies and reasoning behind his efforts. Breck and his team walked us through the entire process, including court actions, depositions, and finally the mediation process so that everyone understood the "whys and the how's" of what was taking place. We also had some lighter moments to take the edge off of the often disappointing delays that would come up, which was very helpful in taking the edge off of the sometimes frustrating turn of events that would surface throughout the case. When the final mediation took place, Breck and his partner Martin Dioli (who also did a great job during the entire case, as well) were superb in making sure that all of us who were either present or participating via conference call were involved in the process and informed as to what strategies and possible scenarios would be taking place. Our attorneys also had a great rapport with the mediator throughout the entire session. I would highly recommend Breck to others who have need of expertise legal counsel in the fields of law which Breck focuses on.
