Professional and Accessible

Having dealt with attorneys over the years primarily for business I have learned that you need three things from the attorney. Communication, accessibility, and affordability. I engaged Mr. Moore initially because I was able to communicate easily with him. He was very engaged in my situation and w...e discussed various options. I felt comfortable enough to hire him. Moving forward I was happy to find he and his staff to be very accessible and I was able to quickly get answers to any of my questions or concerns. I felt that his fee’s were reasonable and there were no added surprises. Not only was my case resolved but the professionalism of he and his staff helped to relieve my stress levels. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Kirk and his team did a great job

Kirk and his team we're always available to help me with any questions or concerns that I had during my expierence with them. They handled my case quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would most definitely recommend them to someone looking to file for bankruptcy.
