I hired Mr. Hecht because I was hit by a car that broke my wrist and separated my shoulder. It took me awhile to heal. We had to file a suit against the insured and their insurance company. Perhaps, one of my discovery questions should have been whether or not the driver is blind, but it's clear that either counsel is or they just don't give a S%*^ that my client was injured." Two days later, I finally got a reasonable offer. Seriously, this guys doesn't hold back.
