My practice is focused on defending auto and other manufacturers in actions involving allegations that a defect in the product either caused an accident or contributed to the plaintiff's injuries.

I defend auto manufacturers in "lemon law" cases where the plaintiff claims that there exists a problem with their vehicle that substantially impairs the use, value or safety of their vehicle and that the manufacturer and/or dealership was unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable number of repair attempts. California law is very pro-plaintiff in this area and defending these cases are challenging, however manufacturers are well served by having solid and experienced representation.
