Prior to joining Silicon Valley Law Group, Richard was of-counsel to the Kisner Law Firm while also maintaining a real estate brokerage practice representing and advising local urban infill residential and mixed use developers on the acquisition of residential subdivision developments and commercial properties. He also has extensive experience brokering residential real estate purchase and sale transactions and purchasing properties in foreclosure.
In addition to his real estate law practice, Richard also has experience in business law and estate planning matters. He has advised clients on general business matters such entity formation, entity transfers, asset transfers, tax matters, licensing matters and entity dissolution. His estate planning work includes revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, family limited partnerships, irrevocable life insurance trusts, asset protection trusts, trust administrations, trust litigation, probate administrations, conservatorships, guardianships and Medi-Cal planning.
Richard received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at San Diego. He was a Merit Scholar at Golden Gate University, where he obtained his J.D. and M.B.A. He has been a licensed to practice law in California since 2000 and a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2001.
