Appointed this 'attorney', and told him I wanted to go to trail asap. He asked to have more time, that I should wave time. I told him I want to go to trail in 3 months and I waved time but wanted to get back in court to assert my right to speedy trail. He kept me out of the court for years! Why? ... He wanted to be the first attorney to break facebook subpoena to force them to produce information, to make case law. So, he started to play these games... when I discovered he was in violation of Californa Constitutional law, and asserted my constitutional right to be in court with my attorney, he then told the judge I was incompetent so he could have at least a year more to bust facebook. All the while, the evil DAs knew I was innocent. They though it was funny!
