Gloria settled my case in less than 12 months for less than her retainer after I had spent more than 3 years trying unsuccessful to settle with my ex. I wish I had hired Gloria first. I first tried to represent myself and offered my ex a fair settlement. I spent the next year trying to get my ex to ...agree (or at least negotiate). I then hired another lawyer who basically did nothing to advance my case for almost two years. When I hired Gloria she got my ex (and her lawyer) to agree to sell the house, drafted an agreement, that my ex agreed which was basically the same agreement (selling the house instead of me buying my ex out) I had offered 3 years before. She kept me informed, answered my questions quickly and accurately, and treated me with respect. Also, she charged $50/hr less than my ex's lawyer and we settled for less than my $5000 retainer.
