Hello there!
You made it to my AVVO page. As you can see from the page, I have been practicing in Santa Clara County since 2001. I came to San Jose from San Diego pursuing my dream of being a litigator. I love litigation. I love the fight. But more importantly, I love my clients. Like family law, employment law is about managing a very difficult time in a person's life. Whether you are an employer or an employee---you're separating from someone you thought you'd be with for a long time. Employers hire people with the expectation of a long-lasting relationship. Employees go to work thinking they'll be somewhere until retirement. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work out that way. Things happen and the people need to separate. My hope is to manage the process such that everyone gets out with dignity and can move on.
