This lawyer Michael E Hingle Esq has submitted false documents to the courts, supporting a fabricated domestic violence claim against me out of malice. Instead of having the integrity to go through full text conversation and read the facts, and have an honest conversation with his client. He's attem...pting to present false information to the judge and have my parental rights in question. I have never been arrested or had any issues in my lifespan associated with domestic violence. The matter was denied in court based off of meritless facts. I will be contacting the CA bar association to look at what ethics violations have occurred and hold him accountable.. When I confronted him with the penal code for the criminality of submitting false DV charges. He filed a new docket for verbal harassment, and emailed the new case filing, the night before the court appearance, and lost that outcome as well. What an egregious act from someone who should be held accountable, to the highest standard, when falsely representing a clients intent
