Richard John Hess

I am so glad we found Richard Hess in Saratoga! He wrote our trust and explained everything so clearly. We found him to be very professional and responsive to our specific needs. After my husband passed away, I called, and he fit me in for an appointment right away. He has helped me with what I neede...d to do in dealing with banks, and government agencies (re: our trust, deeds, accounts, etc.). It was a lot for me to handle, but Richard was always available when I had questions. I have enthusiastically recommended him to members of our family so they can also set up their trusts, and they are equally pleased with his work. (His price is also extremely reasonable and made setting up a trust and working with a lawyer affordable.)

After watching family members going through what seemed like endless hours of attorney appointments and months and months of stress, we just kept putting off creating ours for fear of going through the same. Well, soooooo glad we were given the wonderful referral to Richard Hess. He not only saw us... quickly but had our entire trust ready for signing in less than two weeks! He is very professional and explains everything in great detail enough that in the end we had no questions and understood our trust perfectly. Mr. Hess was on vacation when I called the office, but he stopped in the middle of his vacation to make an appointment that same morning to see me. This was the first time I'd ever seen him. I couldn't believe how thoughtful and caring he was. I have a very complicated estate issue and he provided ...me every paper I needed and more information than I could ever have imagined. I don't think he'll ever know just how much all that meant and how much he helped me. He makes you feel like you've known him forever.
