Andrew Kryder

I spoke to Mr Kryder via the phone. I had received a letter from an insurance company that is handling a personal injury claim for me and was not sure what I should do. The letter was explaining how they would pay my claim, It said they would reimburse amounts not covered by my personal insurance. Th...is is for dental work and my insurance has a max payable amount. The work I need would exceed my max payable and leave me with no dental coverage for the remainder of the year. Mr Kryder explained that I could pay the claim my self and submit it to the insurance company and if they did not pay I would still have time to submit the claim to my personal insurance company. They were also asking me to sign and mail back an authorization form to release my health information from my dentist. Mr. Kryder said if I was uncomfortable signing this form, I would be able to receive this information directly from my dentist and mail it to them directly. Mr. Kryder was very professional and pleasant to speak to and the information he gave me was excellent. I would recommend him and if I have any problems with this claim I will contact him.
