Mr. Lodge is well known in the local community (Santa Cruz) as both a divorce law mediator (he can handle a divorce entirely without court!), and also is frequently in court, and has conducted multiple trials. Because he works in both area (mediation and litigation), he is extremely well positioned to explain how a court will likely rule, and thus help couples resolve their marriage without going to court.

Can't speak highly enough

I am not the best writer, so all I can say is Mr. Lodge was wonderful to work with, he explained everything, was very available, and got my divorce done. Thank you and I recommend contacting his offices if you are thinking about a divorce.

Very Thorough Attorney

Mr. Lodge worked on behalf of our business on two different cases. The first case involved an ongoing dispute we have had with another business. Mr. Lodge first negotiated with the owners of the other business and then set up some mediation sessions. After only two sessions, and some rather comple...x discussions of possible resolutions, Mr. Lodge put together a comprehensive solution, which essentially ended our years-long dispute. The other case involved a court action that Mr. Lodge filed and argued in court. I was impressed with both the pleadings and the arguing in court. Before a trial, Mr. Lodge reached a settlement which I felt was excellent. I would recommend Mr. Lodge and his assistants to anybody who needs an attorney or mediator.

Very thorough attorney

Mr. Lodge was extremely personable and really made me feel he was on my side and fighting for me. He also was reasonable, and was able to work with my ex-landlord in a way the other attorneys could not. He won a very important case for me and I am forever grateful.
