Aaron Judson Lodge

Mr. Lodge is well known in the local community (Santa Cruz) as both a divorce law mediator (he can handle a divorce entirely without court!), and also is frequently in court, and has conducted multiple trials. Because he works in both area (mediation and litigation), he is extremely well positioned to explain how a court will likely rule, and thus help couples resolve their marriage without going to court.

Mr. Lodge has successfully sued local police, the DEA, Federal agencies, and both cities and counties. However, Mr. Lodge carefully picks his cases in this area because they are work intensive.

Mr. Lodge worked as a mediator before becoming an attorney. He has been the lead trainer in mediation skills and techniques large workshops. A strength of his (and gift) is bringing difficult and complex cases to resolution, avoiding expensive litigation.
