"I have known and worked with Jeffrey C. Stotter for more than twenty years. I was lucky enough to work with him and share a practice with him in Redding many years ago on Redcliff Drive in Redding, CA.
I remember a case where there was a question whether there was a tape recording of the police officer. Jeff used that question to maximum benefit for the client. Jeff was successful in getting charges dismissed for many clients, before they went to trial because of his deep preparation and wise tactics.
