Unqualified for Corporation/incorporation Law

He took an incorporation case but he was not knowlegeable in this industry as he mentioned that he is knowlegeable and he charged every thing as you can think of, even an email for making an appt. After the meeting, 3 weeks has been passed but he has not done any work because he was working on bigger... (more money) case but he would charged me for that research this research. No work was done. Eventually, i have to find other lawyer.

David can put any well-known big law firm to shame if you give him the opportunity

The whole thing was started from the written review that I wrote on an outfit that offers the government-grant training program. The outfit considered the review I wrote as defamation on their program. They had a well-known big law firm to take me to court and accuse me of slandering. A friend of min...e who worked with Mr. Chun more than ten years ago recommended me to have Mr. Chun as my defense attorney. I am glad that I did that. Mr. Chun has worked diligently with me to go through every detail of the background of my written review on the outfit. Mr. Chun represented me and won the case swiftly in the court. The court also ordered the outfit to pay the damages that they have caused to me because of the lawsuit they have launched. Again, I am glad to have Mr. Chun as my defense attorney. He is intelligent, diligent and most importantly, he has a strong legal sense to put the case in the right direction at the very beginning. He is “David” in the Bible story “David and Goliath” and he can put any well-known big law firm to shame if you give him the opportunity. I highly recommend Mr. Chun without any reservation.

Attorney charged $2,000 retainer to represent me at upcoming admin hearing, then dropped my case without ever attending hearing.

i would run screaming away from David Chun. I hired him to do 10 hours of work for an upcoming administrative mediation. After he billed me $2,000, he dropped my case. He claimed we did not write the 10 hour maximum number of hours in the contract, but he orally promised me he would not exceed that.... Though I'm a lawyer myself, he gave me some baloney reason why he could not change the contract, but he did tell me he understood my limitation. It's not like there was that much time he even had before the hearing to spend on my case. After we argued about that, he dropped my case and provided me with no work to show for anything. I filed a grievance against him with the State Bar which they seemingly never investigated. I also filed an Arbitration, but because he had not written the 10 hour limit in the contract, though he orally promised, I could not prove it and lost the money. If this man did supposedly over $2,000 of work in less than two weeks, how come there was nothing to show for it? He is about as low as they come. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from him. I'd give him negative five stars if that were an option. The next attorney I went to didn't even charge me a retainer, and we won. I had no problem with the second attorney.
