I regret having Mr. Penn as an attorney for my grandson, Mr. Penn shows little compassion for the well being, and best interest of a child. Mr Penn has no knowledge of a young childs emotion, understanding that every child is different and unique, and not all childern are the same.Mr. Penn does not s...how the experince nor the comprehension for understanding fully , perhaps because of his age. Mr Penn does not show the quality or state of being capable of representing a child let along any other person. I wouldn't recommend Mr Penn to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It is very sad that Mr. Penn only intentions are the monies he collects from any clients even a young child.
