Attorney Victoria Maydanik has been very helpful in filing my Chapter 13. I am glad I got Victoria for my fairly complicated Chapter 13. I went to her free consultation which is suppose to last an hour. She actually spent with me more then 2 hours answering my and my wife's questions. The bankruptcy process was a lot more painless then I initially imagined. Tip: bring AL...L the papers that Victoria asks for the 2nd visit, otherwise you are just shooting yourself in the foot. We did. After we brought everything that was required, our bankruptcy was filed in 2 day. Yahoo. I left her a voice mail once, she called me back in two hours. A word of caution: I do not think she has her own office, meetings that we had were one of these virtual office places where you rent room by an hour. So if you are expecting a big law firm with a dozen secretaries, this is not it. However, if you want you bankruptcy filed fast and fly through the court, I say, go for Victoria.
