OUTCOME: I was able to stop the bank from selling client's house, the car was returned to my client in 2 days and his wage garnishment halted. Client's credit card and medical debts in the amount of more then 60k were successfully discharged.

Client had impending foreclosure, wage garnishment and his car was repossessed.
